LEGACY MAKERS is a 30-minute inspirational talk show hosted by Jacqueline Clements and is a 100% Canadian production.
The guests are inspiring individuals who are living authentically with a present purpose and a future hope. They are leaders and role models in their communities and are truly inspiring the next generation of legacy makers! We are fortunate to have incredible guests making significant contributions to their communities and beyond. Our platform aims to amplify the voices of these inspirational individuals by showcasing how they are making a difference.
LEGACY MAKERS is currently airing nationwide on YES TV Canada with a new episode premiering every Friday evening at 9:30 PM and repeating several times throughout the week. Please check your local listings for dates and times in your area.
CELEBRATING A LIFE WELL LIVED: On the morning of November 2, 2024, Darrel Janz passed away. He often said that he never wanted to retire. He signed on for Season 3 of LEGACY MAKERS and was excited about the opportunity to work until he was 84. Although Darrel did not reach his 84th birthday 16 out of 26 episodes of Season 3 were filmed before his death. In total, Darrel co-hosted 72 episodes of LEGACY MAKERS which will continue to air as a tribute to Darrel's incredible legacy.

Darrel’s broadcasting career began at CFAM Radio in Altona, Manitoba, in 1962 has spanned over 60 years with 50 some years anchoring the CFCN-TV local news in Calgary. From 2010 to 2013 he co-anchored the weekend 6:00 P.M. news and began doing a weekly feature entitled “Inspired” until becoming the co-host of Legacy Makers in May 2023.

The owner of Dolphin Dry Cleaners, Imran, gave away his first winter coat 20 years ago. Every Saturday, Rajpoot loads a van with freshly-cleaned winter coats, as well as food, coffee and biscuits made by his wife to distribute while handing out winter wear downtown Calgary, a tradition he and his family have followed for 12 years.

Stirling embraces the opportunity to work hand in hand with First Nation communities across Canada, fueled by a passion for empowering and mentoring youth. He has received six nominations for the Country Music Alberta Awards and in 2023 nominated in the Western Canadian Music Awards category for Spiritual Artist of the Year.

Aaron is the President of MADD Calgary and Area as well as a Director on the Board of Directors. Aaron survived a head -on crash with a drunk driver in July of 2013 and has been battling ever since to recover from his injuries. He shares his story with schools, businesses, and social clubs around Alberta with the hope of someday eliminating impaired driving completely.

John is currently on the road again with Petra as lead singer for the band's 50th Anniversary Tour.
